Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, work email, optional phone number, enquiry category and message.

How we use it

We use enquiry information only to respond, understand your technology needs, provide requested information and maintain appropriate business records. We do not add form submitters to marketing lists automatically.

Service providers

Our website uses OpenAI Sites for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse, and Resend to deliver enquiries by email. These providers may process limited technical or enquiry information as necessary to provide their services.

Retention and security

Enquiry emails are normally retained for up to 24 months unless they become part of an ongoing client or legal business record. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@itxp.com.au. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
